“The process of putting the gift together was straightforward, although some members of the family needed a little more help doing the voice recordings. I wasn’t very prescriptive with what I asked from people in terms of their photos and messages and I liked that everyone did something a little bit different. There were lots of design options for the physical box too which meant I could really personalise it."
